Davida Redmond

Davida Redmond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at onsemi. Previously, Davida held the position of Director of Inclusion & Diversity and Community at WillScot | Mobile Mini and served in various marketing roles at Mobile Mini Solutions, including Senior Manager of Marketing and Marketing Communications Manager of Creative Services. At FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Davida managed communications and special events, and participated in the Chrysler Leadership Development Program. Early in the career, Davida worked as an Industry Consultant at Caterpillar Inc. and held marketing representative roles for both the North American and Latin American Commercial Divisions. Davida holds an MBA in Marketing from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, obtained from 1997 to 2003.
