Joung-jae Kim

Joung-jae Kim has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joung-jae currently works at HyAxiom, Inc. as a Sales and Business Development Manager, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Strategy Manager at HyAxiom, Inc. from March 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining HyAxiom, Inc., Joung-jae worked at Doosan for over ten years. Their most recent role at Doosan was Deputy General Manager, starting in December 2010 and ending in March 2021. During their time at Doosan, they held various positions and responsibilities across different business groups. From June 2019 to March 2021, they worked at Doosan Business Research Institute, Business Intelligence Office, where they served as the Manager of the Global Network Team. Joung-jae was responsible for coordinating comprehensive partnership MOUs with energy partners.

Prior to that, from January 2019 to June 2019, Joung-jae worked at Doosan Infracore (DI) as the Manager of the Emerging Sales, Emerging Marketing Team. Joung-jae oversaw the Dealer Development process for dealers in the Emerging Markets, managing over 80 dealers in 100+ countries.

Joung-jae's work experience also includes an internship at The Executive Office of the President of South Korea, where they worked as an intern from January 2010 to July 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Program Officer at The Korea Foundation from December 2006 to December 2009. In this role, they organized cultural programs and assisted in devising methods for cultural promotion to diplomatic missions in Korea. Joung-jae also coordinated workshops and seminars to enhance understanding of Korea among foreign educators and embassy personnel.

Joung-jae Kim pursued their education at various institutions throughout their academic journey. From 2018 to 2020, they attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. During the same period, they also studied at SKK GSB Sungkyunkwan University, where they earned another MBA degree, focusing on Business Administration and Management as well. Prior to their MBA studies, from 2001 to 2008, they attended Sungkyunkwan University and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations and Affairs.
