Boluwatife R. has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. In 2012, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at the Federal Ministry of Works, where they participated in the production and fabrication of mechanical components. They then worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the Polytechnic of Sokoto, where they prepared lecture materials and managed practical coursework in Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing. From 2015 to 2018, Boluwatife served as an Application Support Specialist at AllCAD Consult Ltd, managing technical aspects of the company's IT resources. Subsequently, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Radico Engineering Ltd, specializing in parts shop drawings and CNC machine program generation. At Tranos, Boluwatife served as a Mechanical Design Engineer, focusing on the design and fabrication of enclosures and structural solutions. They then moved on to JMG Limited, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer until 2021. Boluwatife also gained experience as a 3D Laser Scanning Engineer at AllCAD Consult Limited and as a Design Coordinator at Fortune Energy Engineering Company Limited Nigeria (FEECLNG). Currently, Boluwatife holds the position of a 3D reality capture Engineer at HyBird.

Boluwatife R. has an education history that includes multiple degrees and certifications. In 2009, they started their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger state. Boluwatife completed this degree in 2013.

In 2014, Boluwatife R. obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Onshore and Offshore Health, Safety and Environment Level 2 of 3 from Joint Professionals Training & Support International.

Boluwatife pursued further education in Systems Engineering at the University of Lagos from 2016 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree.

Boluwatife R. continued their academic journey at Teesside University from 2023 to 2025, where they obtained an MSc in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their degrees, Boluwatife R. has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they received certification from The Nigerian Society of Engineers. In 2019, they obtained certification from The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Most recently, in 2021, they completed the courses "Introduction to Agent-based Modeling with NetLogo" and "Systems Thinking In Public Health" from Coursera.
