Robert Cameron

Robert Cameron is an experienced professional in business development and operations improvement, currently serving as Business Development Manager at HyBird since July 2025, focusing on leveraging AI-enabled asset management tools in Australia and PNG. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Operations Improvement Principal at COSOL, where leadership was provided on significant client engagements, including major operational and IT system transformations. As Continuous Improvement Principal at South32, management of multiple projects at Appin Mine resulted in over $150 million AUD increase in profitability. Robert also contributed as Project Economic Modeller for Mayur Resources, delivering economic modelling for a new resource operation in PNG, and served as Operations Principal at Siecap, managing projects for the resource industry. Robert holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Queensland.
