Martin Scruggs, ITIL

Martin Scruggs has an extensive background in ITIL. Martin began their career in 1995 as a Special Agent for the US Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). In 2002, they became the Owner of Mass Capital Funding Group, LLC. From 2009 to 2012, they held several positions, including Chief Operations Officer for WiFi Relativity, Business Director for DOD and Intel at Primescape Solutions, Inc., and Federal Account Manager-Intel/DHS at i2 Inc/ an IBM Company. In 2012, they were the Exec Vice-President, US Sales at COVATA and Co-Founder and CEO of Hybrid Data Security. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Sr. Manager, Energy, Natural Resources & Utilities at Wipro and the Director of Operations at Lone Survivor Foundation. In 2017, they also became Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer at M&S Biotics, developing autonomous IoT solutions.

Martin Scruggs obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame between 1988 and 1992. Martin then went on to earn a Masters in Information Technology Management from Webster University between 2009 and 2011. In 2014, they received a Certificate in Global Oil and Gas Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. In 2015, Martin obtained an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, as well as Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) from STC-KNRM.
