Jesús "Laz" Montano is an experienced cybersecurity leader with a robust track record in enterprise information security across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer, Board Advisor, Consultant, and Mentor at Montano-LLC since April 2019, and holding board positions at Hybrid Pathways and the Cloud Security Alliance, Montano has previously led information security initiatives at MassMutual and Voya Financial. With extensive experience in managing large security teams, Montano has successfully overseen multimillion-dollar budgets, streamlined security operations, ensured regulatory compliance, and enhanced risk management methodologies. Montano's educational background includes an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and additional studies at Charter Oak College and the University of Connecticut.
