Sheng Ping Sooi's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2017, they worked as a Social Media Marketing employee at National Tsing Hua University for a short period. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Marketing Assistant at ALL9FUN, where they conducted market research, managed marketing tasks for a mobile game, and handled SEO content writing and translation. Starting in 2014 and continuing until 2019, Sheng worked as a Japanese Interpreter for the Chinese Taipei Amateur Softball Association. In 2019, they spent a year as an exchange student at Chulalongkorn University, focusing on English as an International Language. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, Sheng Ping Sooi earned a Bachelor's degree in International and Comparative Education from National Chi Nan University. Sheng Ping Sooi completed their secondary education at SMK St. Mary, KL from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sheng Ping Sooi obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in November 2022.
