Victoria Malinchak, PMP has over 18 years of experience in various leadership roles within the enterprise solutions and consulting industry. Victoria has expertise in project and engagement management, business development, service delivery management, personnel management, program management, and project management. Victoria has also worked extensively with leading enterprise back office software solutions, such as Infor and Kronos, focusing on cloud migrations, implementations, upgrades, and industry best practices. Prior to their current role as VP, UKG Practice Leader at HyBridge Solutions, Inc., Victoria held positions at Atos and ACS Healthcare Provider Solutions. Victoria also has experience in mortgage brokerage and wealth management, where they served as Operations and Marketing Manager at a financial services company and as an Investment Planning Analyst at Bernstein Global Wealth Management, respectively. Victoria's earlier career at Great Companies, LLC involved responsibilities in back office trading operations as a Portfolio Administrator and Assistant Trader.

Victoria Malinchak, PMP, has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St. Petersburg College. In addition to their degrees, they hold certifications as a PMP from the Project Management Institute and as Series 7 & 63 from FINRA.
