Sylwia Osyda

Sylwia Osyda has extensive experience in quality assurance and process management, currently serving as a QA Engineer at HYCOM S.A. since June 2018, following a role as a Junior QA Engineer. Prior to this, Sylwia worked at Nordea from April 2015 to June 2018 as an RPA Controller and Process Specialist. Earlier professional experience includes positions at Orange Customer Service from October 2012 to April 2015, where Sylwia was involved as a Specjalista ds. rozliczeń kont abonenckich and Koordynator/Team Leader. Sylwia Osyda holds a Master's degree in Polish Philology with a specialization in teaching and editing from Uniwersytet Łódzki (2005-2012) and has completed postgraduate studies in Accounting and Financial Management at the University of Lodz (2013-2014) as well as Human Resources Management at Lodz University of Technology (2012-2013).
