Nikoleta Roganovic-Arapovic

Nikoleta Roganovic-Arapovic has a diverse work experience, with a strong focus on quality assurance and testing. Nikoleta started their career as a System Engineer at BS Telecom Solutions, where they analyzed, designed, and developed the Medio Mobile Short Message Service Centre solution. Nikoleta also tested functionalities of the Email Gateway and Multi Gateway. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer at Comtrade Group. In this role, they were involved in the development and maintenance of automated scripts for the enterprise solution for Backup and Restore. Nikoleta also served as the Test Automation Lead from 2013 to 2016, responsible for developing new test scripts, maintaining modules, and conducting code reviews. After that, Nikoleta joined Comtrade Software as a Lead QA Engineer, coordinating testing activities and teams on multiple projects. Nikoleta recently joined HYCU, Inc. in 2018, where they continue to lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, as well as contribute to the development of testing competencies within the company.

Nikoleta Roganovic-Arapovic has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Sarajevo. Nikoleta also attended Opca gimnazija - Katolicki skolski centar Sarajevo, however, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in Python from SoloLearn in November 2017, a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in March 2016, and an ISTQB - ISEB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in March 2013. Nikoleta also holds an ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor certification from TÜV Croatia.
