Davide Paterlini

Davide Paterlini has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as Operations Manager and H&S Coordinator at HYDAC Group since June 2005. Previously, Davide held various positions, including Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager at BEMA elettronica SA from January 1995 to May 2005, and roles such as Responsabile Ufficio Tecnico e Pianificazione Produzione and Tecnico Elettronico at WELTRONIC SA from September 1987 to December 1994. In terms of education, Davide is pursuing multiple advanced studies at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland, focusing on Human Capital Management and organizational development, and has certifications in coaching and personal growth from PNL Evolution Sagl. Davide initially studied electric and electronic industry techniques at Istituto tecnico superiore I.P.S.I.A. L. Ripamonti in Como from 1981 to 1986.
