Lars Kjær Mortensen

Lars Kjær Mortensen has a strong background in the sales and engineering industry. Lars began their career as a Technical Sales Representative at DEMP in 1995, where they were responsible for system configuration and providing quotes. In 1996, they moved to Rainer Bauer Danmark as a Sales Engineer. Lars then joined PMC Hydraulics A/S in 1997, starting as a Product Manager and later becoming a Sales Manager in 2004. From 2008 to 2014, they held the position of VP - Wind Power Industries at PMC Hydraulics A/S. Currently, Lars is employed at Hydac A/S Danmark/Denmark, starting in 2014 as a Strategic Sales, Service & Marketing Manager, and becoming the COO in September 2018.

Lars Kjær Mortensen has a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management and Marine Engineering from Københavns Maskinmesterskole, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Lars also has a degree in NLP & EI Master Practitioner from HUMI, which they completed in 2021. Prior to that, Lars attended Jyderup Kommuneskole from 1978 to 1987.
