Will Czerniak

Will Czerniak is currently the Managing Director for Europe at Hyde Engineering + Consulting. Will has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field and has worked on a variety of projects across Europe.

Will started their career at URS, where they spent 10 years as the Vice President, Director of Major Projects for Europe. In this role, Will was responsible for managing and growing major engineering and environmental projects across Europe, including qualification and environmental projects primarily in the pharmaceutical market. Will also had management and business development responsibility for several business lines across offices in UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Denmark / Sweden, Holland and Poland.

In January 2000, Will transitioned to Washington Group International as the Business Development Manager for Ireland. Will held this position for two years before moving to CH2M Hill IDC in January 2002, where they served as the Business Development Manager for another two years.

Will joined Hyde Engineering + Consulting in December 2004 and has been with the company ever since. In their current role as Managing Director for Europe, Will is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Hyde’s European operations, including business development, project delivery, and client relations.

Will Czerniak graduated from Terenure College before studying for a BA (Hons) in Psychology at University College Dublin. Will then completed a Grad Dip in Business Studies at the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business.

Will Czerniak reports to Kalpesh Patel, Vice President, International Operations. Peter Davies - Director, Head of Client Relations, Europe, Frank O'Connor - Director, European Finance report to Will Czerniak. They are on a team with and Jeff Barnes - Director, Canada.
