Kate Krokou

Kate is responsible for delivering improvements to the business and ensuring we have the right plans in place for the long term. Kate also leads the Communications and Public Affairs team.

Kate’s worked at Hyde for more than 15 years and was previously the Head of Strategy and Business Intelligence, working with the leadership team to develop their long term strategic plan and providing analysis and insight on their performance.

More recently, she was Partnerships and Regeneration Director, leading their work with public organizations, including Brighton & Hove City Council, to build more affordable homes and regenerate estates. Kate has a longstanding interest in public policy and in using research and feedback from customers to improve their services.
