Philippa Wooldridge

Philippa Wooldridge is an experienced Contract Manager at The Hyde Group since April 2022, having previously served as ASB Manager at Hyde Housing from June 2007 to November 2023, where responsibilities included community safety, safeguarding, and GDPR management for a PFI contract with Islington Council. As an ASB Manager, Philippa led strategic and operational initiatives, developed the organizational approach to ASB case management, and supported housing officers with legislative and best practice guidance. Notable achievements include establishing a Specialist Anti-Social Behaviour Team. Philippa's career commenced at the Home Office Anti-Social Behaviour Team from June 2001 to June 2007, advising practitioners across multiple regions on ASB legislation and best practices. Philippa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University, attained between 1997 and 2001.
