Julia Petter has extensive experience in children's education and support, currently serving as a Children's Ministry Associate at Hyde Park Baptist Church since 2000, where interactive 'Kids Church' programs are provided for Pk-1st grade. Simultaneously, Julia has been a Substitute Teacher at Hyde Park Baptist Schools, covering Elementary to High School levels across core and specialty classes. From July 2004 to June 2011, Julia was a Chaplain with Marketplace Chaplains USA, mentoring individuals in life skills related to education and crisis management, while also being licensed to perform weddings, funerals, and Quinceneras. Julia holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education, Missions and Evangelism from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Ecology, Community Health, and Nutrition from The University of Texas at Austin.
