Kellie O'Neal

Kellie O'Neal is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Regional Manager of Contract Food Services at Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC, since July 2023. O'Neal has a strong background in food and beverage operations, having held various managerial roles within Hyde Park Hospitality, including General Manager at the Guinness Open Gate Brewery and General Manager of F&B Hotel Operations. Earlier experience includes serving as an NSS/Operations Specialist for Chicago Public Schools and as Food Service Director overseeing food and nutritional support.
