Allison Lechnir

Allison Lechnir is a seasoned professional in venture capital and business operations, currently serving as a Partner at Hyde Park Venture Partners since May 2019. Allison also holds board positions at CoPilot, Certiverse, and FactoryFix, and previously observed the board for BlackCart. Prior experience includes the role of Business Operations Performance Manager at Civis Analytics and project management at Data Science for Social Good. Allison co-founded Flag Analytics and completed a Mayoral Fellowship with the City of Chicago. Earlier in their career, Allison worked as a Consultant at Accenture. Educational credentials include an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s in Public Policy Analysis from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University.
