Gary Phillips Jr has extensive experience in the construction industry, starting as a Journeyman Carpenter for various contractors before moving up to roles such as Chief Estimator, Senior Project Manager, and Pre-Construction/Estimating Manager at companies like Breslin Builders, Ledcor Construction Inc., Taylor Kohrs, and Hyder Construction Inc. Gary is proficient in providing pre-construction services, design/build capabilities, and construction management. Gary graduated from Mt. San Jacinto Community College and Hemet High School in California.
