Andile Shwala is a skilled Mechanical Fitter with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at Hydra-arc since April 2022. Previous roles include mechanical fitting positions at ArcelorMittal from February 2021 to April 2022 and at Madadeni Hospital from September 2017 to April 2022. Andile also completed a fitter apprenticeship at Durnacol Skills Innovation HUB and worked as a Forklift Driver at ArcelorMittal from 2012 to 2015. Educational qualifications include an N4 Certificate in Mechanical Fitting from Amajuba FET College in 2011 and further training in Mechanical Fitting at Durnacol Skills HUB.
