Matthew Alfonso is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as Divisional Engineering Manager at Hydra-arc since March 2017, Matthew has previously held the position of General Manager at Keal Engineering from February 2015 to February 2017 and worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Pronex Engineering Management Consultants between August 2010 and January 2015. Early in their career, Matthew gained valuable experience as an Engineering Trainee at Bombela Operating Company (PTY) LTD. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School, an Advanced Diploma in Business Project Management from the University of Cape Town, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
