Sara Esparza

Sara Esparza is an experienced engineer with a robust background in project management and education. Currently a Senior Project Engineer at Hydra-Electric Company since June 2014, Sara manages projects throughout their lifecycle, focusing on design, manufacturing, and qualification of products. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer for Switches and a Tutor at Varsity Tutors, providing personalized educational support in Mathematics and Science. Sara has also held academic positions as an Associate Professor at California State University, Los Angeles, and worked as a Managing Researcher at NASA URC, where contributions included engine testing and the design of a hydrogen combustion manifold. Earlier roles include serving as an Associate Engineer at Pratt & Whitney with a focus on aerothermodynamics. Sara holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.
