Jaime Harris has extensive work experience, starting in 1995 as a Project Engineer at Koch Industries. Following that, Harris worked as a Product Engineer at Eaton Technologies Pvt Ltd from 1997 to 1998. From 1998 to 1999, Harris served as a Research and Development Project Engineer at Tamarack Habilitation Technologies, Inc. Harris then joined GP Companies, Inc. in 1999, where they held multiple roles including Product Development Engineer and Research and Development Manager until 2004. Afterward, Harris worked as a Senior Product Engineer at CUNO - 3M Company from 2004 to 2006. In 2002, Harris became President/CEO of Hydra-Flex, Inc, a role they held until 2021 when they became the Executive Chairman. Additionally, Harris founded and served as the President of the Carly May Foundation starting in 2007. Lastly, Harris held positions at the International Carwash Association, Inc., serving as both a Vendor Director and Vendor Vice President, Board Member from 2015 to 2019.
