Dan Sowards

Dan Sowards has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership positions. Dan started their career in 1985 as a Regional Sales Manager at Safelite Auto Glass and held this role until 1989. In the same year, they joined Hydra-Power Systems, Inc. as the Vice President of Business Development and also became the Vice President at HPS Group LLC. Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated their expertise in business development and leadership.

Dan Sowards attended Portland State University from 1978 to 1982, where they studied Economics and Math. Dan later pursued further education at Harvard Business School, completing the Key Executive Program.
