Rutger Grootewal

Rutger Grootewal is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the engineering sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Hydraloop Systems since October 2022, Rutger has previously held roles as a Process Engineer and Project Engineer at Niverplast from October 2018 to September 2022. Prior to this, Rutger worked at Aebi Schmidt Nederland B.V. for over 13 years, where responsibilities included Project Engineer for airport equipment, as well as roles in drafting and preparation. Rutger began a career in engineering with an internship at Aebi Schmidt Nederland B.V. in 2004. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from HAN University of Applied Sciences (2008-2014) and studies at ROC van Twente (2002-2006).
