Alan Smith

Alan Smith is a Business Analyst at Hydro Tasmania since October 2022 and concurrently serves as a Consultant at K2 Projects. Previously, Alan worked as a Consultant at The Project Lab and as a CyberRisk Consultant at CyberRisk by The Project Lab. Alan has extensive experience in project management, having applied Agile methodologies across various projects while working as a self-employed Project Manager and as the Owner of Clever Boots Design. Alan also held the position of Operations Manager at Tasmanian Properties, where project management roadmaps were developed and implemented. Alan is currently pursuing a Certified Course in Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age at Harvard University.
