Andrew Fowler

Andrew Fowler is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project delivery. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Hydro Tasmania since August 2019, Andrew has previously held significant roles including Principal Civil Engineer at pitt&sherry, Senior Project Manager at the Department of State Growth, and various engineering positions at GHD and PDA Surveyors and Engineers. Andrew also contributed to the Australian Institute of Project Management as a Councillor and Vice President for the Tasmania Chapter. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tasmania, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in managing major infrastructure projects, including the $500 million Midland Highway Upgrade Program. Andrew's early career includes experience as a Senior Field Engineer at Schlumberger, providing specialized services in complex environments.
