Charmaine Bailey Stanton

Charmaine Bailey Stanton serves as the TasICT Committee Executive Secretary since December 2022, representing Tasmania’s peak industry body for the Information Communication Technology sector. Concurrently, Charmaine has held various roles at Hydro Tasmania since July 2010, including IT Commercial Relationship Manager, GM IT Operations, Manager IT Governance, Commercial Portfolio Manager, IT Vendor Performance Manager, and IT Operations Manager. In these positions, responsibilities have encompassed overseeing strategic vendor relationships, implementing governance and compliance frameworks, managing IT service delivery, and ensuring operational excellence across various IT functions. Prior to Hydro Tasmania, Charmaine worked at Logica as IT Operations Manager and National Customer Service Center Operations Manager, focusing on operational management and client service quality.
