Rose East has extensive experience in project delivery and organizational change, currently serving as Project Delivery Lead at Hydro Tasmania since March 2020, where various leadership roles in culture and change have been held. Prior to this, Rose worked as a Change Analyst at the Australian Department of Health and held multiple positions at the Department of Justice Tasmania, RXP Services, and Tourism Tasmania, where a focus on improving business processes was emphasized. Rose's career began at Squiz, taking on roles such as Marketing Officer and Service Desk, reflecting a strong foundation in business support and analysis.
