Wesley Steen

Wesley Steen is a skilled Product Engineer at Hydro Flask since June 2019, with a background in product development from Newell Brands, where responsibilities included leading new product projects and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer needs were met. Prior to that, Wesley was a co-founder of Soup Spoon by WSP2, LLC, focusing on assistive eating utensils to enhance quality of life for users with health challenges. Wesley's early experiences include roles as an Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer at Chrysler Group and an intern at Ford Motor Company and Innovation In Action. As a student-athlete, Wesley played for the Detroit Titan's Men's Lacrosse Team, achieving conference and national accolades. Wesley holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy.
