Alice Sahazizian

Alice Sahazizian is an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant at Hydro One, where Alice has contributed to the development and implementation of strategies focused on Women, Indigenous, Racialized people, and People with Disabilities since 1999. Previously, Alice held various roles at Hydro One, including Indigenous Relations Coordinator and Recruitment Consultant, managing recruitment processes and addressing community issues. Alice also has extensive experience in human resources, providing guidance on benefits and compensation, and has led initiatives such as provincial charity campaigns raising significant funds for cancer research. Alice's educational background includes a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University, a Diploma of Honours in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Seneca Polytechnic, and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor of Commerce at Ryerson University.
