Courtney MacDonald

Courtney MacDonald is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and labour relations. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant and Human Resources Business Partner at Hydro One since March 2023, Courtney previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Hydro One from July 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, Courtney spent 13 years at Peterborough Regional Health Centre in various roles, including Strategic Labour Relations Lead, Human Resources Manager, and HR Consultant, where responsibilities included managing labour relations, providing HR support, and overseeing operations across multiple departments. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Haliburton Highlands Health Services and as a Human Resources Associate at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trent University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Fleming College.
