Deborah Antenore

Deborah Antenore has extensive work experience in human resources. Deborah has held various leadership roles at Hydro One, including VP of People Strategies & HR Initiatives and Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness & Corporate Transformation. At TD, they have served as Vice President of Human Resources, where they led strategic HR consultation and execution of people strategies for multiple corporate functions. Deborah also led HR operational excellence and resiliency initiatives and played a key role in the development of an enterprise people strategy. Additionally, Deborah has experience in global HR transformation, program design, and delivery, as well as employee relations and recruitment. Deborah'swork experience spans over two decades, showcasing their expertise in HR leadership and strategic planning.

Deborah Antenore has a diverse education history. Deborah received an APHRM degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2011. In 2008, they completed coursework in Advanced Mediation (ADR II) and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR I) at the University of Windsor. Prior to that, they earned a Masters of Art degree in Ethics and Philosophy from York University in 2001. Deborah'sundergraduate studies include a Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, with a focus on Philosophy, English, and Sociology, which they completed in 1996.
