Vatche Rubenyan

Vatche Rubenyan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Vatche is currently working at Hydro One as the VP of Rewards & Human Capital Management. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Rogers Communications, where they served as the VP of Total Rewards and VP of Compensation & Benefits. Before joining Rogers Communications, Rubenyan worked at Morneau Shepell Inc. as the Director of Total Rewards, overseeing compensation, benefits, retirement, and recognition programs. Vatche also has experience in human resources at TD Bank, TSX Group, CIBC, and Hay Management Consultants. Rubenyan has a strong background in managing total rewards programs, compensation, benefits, and wealth accumulation programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Vatche Rubenyan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Sciences & Italian from the University of Toronto between 1990 and 1994.
