Julia Wagg, CHRL, is a seasoned professional in organizational development with extensive experience at Hydro Ottawa since September 2011, where Julia serves as the Director of Organizational Development. In this role, Julia is accountable for the implementation of Hydro Ottawa's Talent Management Strategy, overseeing workforce modeling and leading partnerships with Algonquin College for the Powerline Technician Diploma Program. Julia's expertise encompasses strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and diversity initiatives.
