Céline Pennetier

Céline Pennetier, PMP ITIL, is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as Chargée de programme TI and Chargée de projets TI at Hydro-Québec since May 2021, Céline has held significant project management roles at Desjardins, CN, SNC-Lavalin TELECOM, CGI, and LINKBYNET, where expertise includes managing infrastructure and operational projects, developing client relationships, establishing governance structures for outsourcing, and leading GIS initiatives under the Positive Train Control program. With a robust educational foundation in computer science and geographic information systems, Céline has successfully piloted numerous technical projects, improved IT processes in accordance with ITIL best practices, and managed diverse teams over a career that began in 2002.
