Charles Doucet

Charles Doucet is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the energy and finance sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor in Mobility at Hydro Québec since September 2020, Charles previously held senior management positions at Hydro-Quebec International, including Senior Manager of M&A from 2017 to September 2020 and Executive Vice-President from 2003 to 2007. Charles also served as General Manager at Hydro-Quebec Pension Plan from 2007 to 2017 and Senior Portfolio Manager at Fonds de solidarité FTQ from 1999 to 2003. Earlier experience includes key roles at the United Nations Development Programme and Export Development Canada. Charles holds a Master of Science degree from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC - Montreal.
