Chrystian Paquet is an experienced Telecom Architecture Manager at Hydro-Québec since February 2010, responsible for establishing and operationalizing the telecommunications architecture unit, which includes the development of operational processes, templates, request interfaces, information tools, and performance indicators. Chrystian also leads multidisciplinary teams in the introduction of telecommunications technologies and is focused on optimizing architectural practices while managing change and team maturity. Previously, Chrystian served as a radio systems engineer where responsibilities included producing targeted architectures for the wireless network and technical design for the deployment of microwave radio systems. Earlier experience at MDA involved antenna design, contributing to the successful launch of the Nimiq-5 satellite. Chrystian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Space Technologies from Polytechnique Montréal and has additional education in Electrical-Telecom from Lund University.
