Fouad Koukane

Fouad Koukane, MSc, PSM, is a seasoned Senior Functional Analyst with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving at Hydro-Québec since September 2021, Koukane previously held the same position at VIA Rail Canada from February 2013 to August 2021. Koukane's expertise includes functional analysis, business analysis, and project management, with a notable tenure at CGI and National Bank of Canada, where roles encompassed IT analysis and quality assurance.
