Victor Prats Ladous currently serves as Chef livraisons at Hydro-Québec, where the focus is on tools within the Plateformes direction. In the investment sector, Victor contributed to Front Row Ventures, Canada's first student-run venture capital fund. Other roles include Project Development Manager at Definitechs inc, where responsibilities included leading the development of an autonomous climbing robot and managing project roadmaps. Victor holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and has pursued various educational programs in data science and analytics.

It essentially exploits renewable energies, more particularly hydroelectricity. It also does research in energy-related fields and is actively interested in energy efficiency. In addition, it develops the technologies resulting from its research.
