Vito de Luca

Vito De Luca is an experienced Energy System Asset Management Engineer at Hydro-Québec, with a career spanning from May 2005 to the present, focusing on the planning of the provincial BULK high-voltage transmission system and specializing in interconnection studies, renewable generation integration, load integration, and system upgrades. Vito also served as a Director on the Board of Directors for Caisse Desjardins Hydro from June 2018 to October 2021, contributing to the Governance and Ethics Committee. Vito holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems from Concordia University, completed between 2000 and 2004, and a strong foundational education from Dawson College and Loyola High School.
