Bill Rheingans

Bill Rheingans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing management, process improvement, and leadership within various organizations. Currently, Bill enjoys retirement while actively participating in volunteerism. Since March 2010, Bill has been a Management Representative for ISO 9001 and a Process Improvement Coordinator at Hydro-Thermal Corporation, utilizing skills in Lean initiatives. Previously, Bill held roles at Sharpe Products as Manufacturing Manager, implementing Kanban systems, and at Dedicated Computing as Manufacturing Cell Manager, where Lean Manufacturing processes were introduced. Bill served in the United States Air Force and Reserves for over 35 years, achieving the rank of First Sergeant, and has contributed to efforts at Goodwill Industries of Southeast Wisconsin and Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp. Bill's educational background includes degrees from Waukesha County Technical College, Lubar College of Business, and Milwaukee Area Technical College, with a focus on business management.
