Lucas Van Laar

Lucas Van Laar is the current advisor at Hydro Wind Energy. Lucas has also worked as the Federal Region Manager at Avaya from January 2009 to August 2012. During their time at Avaya, they were responsible for branch leadership of a team of professionals and was able to double revenues within three years. Prior to working at Avaya, Lucas Van Laar was the Federal Region Manager at Nortel Networks Australia from August 2006 to December 2009. During their time at Nortel Networks, they grew the business substantially over two years. Before Nortel Networks, Lucas Van Laar worked as the Managing Director at International Telemanagement from November 2003 to May 2006. Lucas was also the CEO at CTI International from November 1996 to March 2002 and the Managing Director at Interface Group from March 1987 to June 1994.

Lucas Van Laar has a Bachelor of Science from Monash University in Data Processing and Business Law. Lucas also has a Matriculation Certificate from Narrabeen Boys High in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
