Joe Davis

After joining PSC in 2006 as a national account manager, Joe became Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2012. Joe developed the PSC-Client Stewardship Model and managed the program nationwide. He also served in a leadership and technical role on the LPS, Mechanical Integrity and Craft Certification Teams. In July 2016, Joe was promoted to Senior VP Business Development, a role in which Joe will lead PSC’s efforts to grow through acquisitions. Joe will continue in this same position for HydroChemPSC.

Joe was formerly with KBC Advanced Technologies where he provided energy optimization consulting services to refineries worldwide. Joe began his career as an engineer with Exxon Company USA’s Baytown Refinery, where he served in various technical and supervisory roles for ten years, the last of which was Refinery Energy Manager. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1990.
