Prior to these leadership roles, Mike Lenton developed technical expertise as a Technician at Mount Isa Mines from 1981 to 1989 and recently worked as a Labourer and Plant Operator at Entracon Civil Pty Ltd for a brief period in early 2020, contributing to the construction of a significant dam and pump stations in Victoria.
