Jim Wagener, MBA has over 30 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Jim is currently the Chief Financial Officer at HydroCorp, where they oversee financial operations. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at Zipari and Litera Microsystems, where they provided strategic financial guidance and managed finance and accounting functions. Jim also served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Cambium Networks, creating the FP&A function from scratch. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Corporate Controller at Cleversafe, Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at IBM, and Director of Revenue Accounting at SPSS. Jim Wagener started their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Squad Leader.
Jim Wagener, MBA completed an Executive MBA program at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2006 to 2008. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University between 1996 and 1999. Jim Wagener also attended Hinsdale South High School from 1986 to 1990, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
