Daniel van Straaten is an experienced operations and sales professional with a diverse career spanning over 17 years in various roles. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at LETS BRAAI since January 2021, Daniel focuses on supplying multiple grades/types of firewood while managing logistics and marketing for events. Previously, Daniel held the position of Operations and Warehouse Manager at HydroGarden, overseeing team management, operations, and warehouse activities in a £35 million turnover wholesale business. Key achievements include reducing product return turnaround times significantly and designing operational strategies for a duplicate site in South Africa. Other roles include Warehouse Supervisor at Anglo ERI and Regional Sales Manager at Tsitsikamma Bakery, where Daniel demonstrated strong leadership and operational efficiency. Education includes IOSH, Training Express, and an NVQ Level 3 in Management.
