Matt McGee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt started their career in 2014 at Sheridan Beach Community Club, where they worked as a Senior Lifeguard for four years. In 2016, they joined Kappa Sigma Fraternity and served as the President for one year. In 2019, they began working at Duke's Chowder House as a Food Expeditor for seven months. Later that year, they joined Hydrogen Advertising, starting as an Account Coordinator before being promoted to Assistant Account Executive in 2020 and then to Account Executive in 2021.

Matt McGee attended Washington State University - Edward R. Murrow College of Communication from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
