Yuleeka Hayashi has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Currently, they are working as a Media & Traffic Coordinator at Hydrogen Advertising since 2022. Prior to this, Yuleeka served as the Director of Marketing for Women in Business at UW Bothell from 2021 to 2022. Yuleeka also gained experience at UNIQLO, starting as a Sales Associate in 2018 and progressing to roles such as HR Coordinator Assistant and Supervisor in Training until 2022.
Yuleeka was the Vice President of Scholarship and Awards at the Delta Sigma Pi - Upsilon Psi Chapter from 2021 to 2022. Yuleeka also served as a Business Consultant for ADULT FAMILY HOME COUNCIL from January 2022 to March 2022. In this role, they strategized digital marketing KPIs and presented marketing plans for increased customer growth and improved ROI.
Previously, Yuleeka worked as a Marketing Intern for Plus One Foundation from January 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they contributed to various marketing activities, including content creation, email campaigns, and annual report development. Yuleeka also gained experience as a Marketing Intern for National Youth Week from December 2020 to March 2021.

Yuleeka Hayashi began their education at Cascadia College, where they obtained an Associate of Business degree in Business Administration and Management. Following this, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing at the University of Washington Bothell School of Business. Yuleeka completed their bachelor's degree in 2022.
In addition to their formal education, Yuleeka also obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they completed certification courses in "Marketing Tools: SEO" and "Social Media Monitoring: Strategies and Skills" through LinkedIn. Prior to that, in October 2020, they completed the "Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365)" certification, also through LinkedIn.
