Joel Forrester

Joel Forrester serves as the Global Managing Director of Client Solutions at Hydrogen Group since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Group Co-Lead at Impellam Group, where Joel led DEI initiatives, and Director of Client Solutions for the UK & Europe at Guidant Global, focusing on workforce solution sales. Prior to that, Joel worked as Client Engagement Director at Trinnovo Group, driving sales across multiple group brands and overseeing the launch of a DE&I strategy in the US. Joel's background includes experience as Head of Global Sales at a consultancy acquired by GI Group, and as UK Sales Manager at Consultancy Ltd, establishing corporate relations with blue-chip clients. With a foundation in law enforcement as an Operational Firearms Commander with Hertfordshire Constabulary and a veteran of The Parachute Regiment, Joel balances leadership skills with military discipline. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Exeter and completed advanced leadership training at London Business School.
